College for Women
The Elon Moreh College for Women (Michlala) advances the same ideals that were set for the Rabbinic Seminary. It trains both single and married women for leadership positions in education, while stressing an enhanced sensitivity to the multi-faceted character of Israeli society.
Established in 1998, the College initially offered advanced educational opportunities and accredited academic degrees, in an environment geared to the special needs of Torah-observant women.
Today, the College has been transformed and offers two integrated programs, in cooperation with the College of Yesha in Ariel. Midreshet Alumah (Aluma Seminary) offers courses in Judaic studies, and the Institute for Family Life gives a full course in all aspects of marital and parental issues.
